Artist Submission for Camp big Heart

We are officially opening our doors and eyes (mostly our eyes) to new artist submissions for our fundraising event for Camp Big Heart. Please submit the artwork you'd like to feature for the show. All proceeds will go to the artist who can choose to donate a portion to the charity if desired.

Artist Drop-off Information

Drop-off Time

November 10 11:00am – 3:00pm at venue location (day before the show)

Registration Fee

$20.00 – bring at time of drop-off (this includes free wine, name tag, and VIP room access) Pay Online
*cash or card only

Table Artists

DO NOT BRING YOUR ART TO DROP-OFF. Arrive at 6:00pm with your registration fee.
Check-in at the front desk. All table artists will be given a table with a black or white table cloth and 2 chairs. Customize as you please.

Artist Attendance

All artists should arrive at the venue on the day of the show at 6:00pm, just before our guests start arriving.
If you can no longer be part of the show please contact us ASAP.

We have been working very hard on promoting our event and would love for you to help us too (more guests=more buyers) Invite your friends and family to our event on FACEBOOK, and print out the flyer attached to hand out.
